Cocktail: Autumn Bloom


Autumn... the year's last, loveliest smile

This cocktail sums up Autumn flavours for us. Warming, fragrant and spicy with notes of apples, rum, cinnamon, ginger and, of course, gin. 

Perfect for pre dinner drinks by the fire. Dress code - cosy.

You will need

2 ounces of Wheadon’s Mandarin Lime & Hibiscus Gin

1/2 ounce of spiced rum

1 ounce of apple juice

Top off with good ginger beer

Garnish with an apple slice and a stick of cinnamon

How to make

In to a Boston shaker, pour the gin, rum, and apple juice over ice.

Shake and drain in to a cocktail glass.

Top off the drink with a healthy amount of ginger beer.

Garnish with a thin apple slice and a stick of cinnamon. Enjoy!
