The long days of midsummer are perfect for afternoon garden parties and, of course, relaxing in the sun with a gin and tonic.  We were excited to combine these two favourite summer pastimes of ours and co-host Guernsey’s first ever Gin Garden Party at the Bella Luce on Saturday July 8^th, and we certainly had the weather for it.  Guernsey basked in glorious sunshine, and a sell out crowd of over 250 of the island’s gin lovers spent the afternoon sampling a selection of craft gins, feasting on afternoon teas, and dangling their feet in the hotel’s swimming pool to keep cool.  If you couldn’t join us this time around then be sure to sign up to our newsletter and keep an eye on our social media feeds through next spring, as we hope that this will become an annual event.  Until then though, enjoy the images of the day below, or head over to our facebook page to view the entire gallery.
