Reared Food Festival Dinner

On the evening of Saturday August 19th we are excited to be co-hosting a feast of local Guernsey produce with the Bella Luce Hotel.  The Bella's head chef Simon McKenzie has planned a menu that celebrates some of the incredible ingredients reared, grown and caught in Guernsey and it's coastal waters.  Diners will enjoy a Wheadon's and tonic on arrival, two paired wines during dinner, and then a special dessert gin distilled by Luke Wheadon to pair perfectly with Simon's Island Raspberry Delice dessert.
