As the festive season fast approaches, we are delighted to announce the release of our 2018 Wheadon's Gin Christmas Special.  Distilled with Guernsey-grown mandarin oranges, local Guernsey honey and Christmas spices such as cinnamon and star anise, the result is a rich, deep and warmly spiced gin - perfectly suited for these colder months and the run-up to Christmas.  Mr Wheadon has been hard at work in the Bella Luce Small Batch Distillery throughout November trialling different combinations of botanicals in pursuit of the perfect festive flavour profile, and with his recipe finalised we have just finished bottling and wax-sealing a limited edition batch.  Sealed with a beautiful red wax, Wheadon's Gin Christmas expression is only available at Guernsey's Bella Luce Hotel where you can order it at the bar.  The team in the Bella's kitchen have been making honey-candied ginger which is the garnish for our perfect serve, and we recommend enjoying it with Indian tonic water.  

We're only planning on producing 100 bottles of our Christmas expression, and at the moment the Bella bar has reserved most of those - which is all the more reason to pay us a visit at the Bella this Christmas!  We may release a case or two for sale in due course though, so you'll have to keep your eyes peeled if you'd like to have a bottle for your home bar and be the envy of your ginthusiast friends and family members.
